I was so excited when Madelyn’s mom contacted me about taking her senior photos. Once she mentioned her horses, I was hooked!
We met up at their farm in August for her summer session. We had beat the rain and the overcast was perfect for capturing some amazing moments with her two geldings.
Owning horses myself, these connections between horse and rider are precious.
This is Madelyn’s favorite tractor of her dad’s.

Now, her pleasure gelding may have ran away a couple of times before we got started, but he sure photographed well!
For her summer session we headed out to Camden State Park and did some adventuring.

I could photograph her for days.
Toward the end we headed to a favorite spot of mine for some long grass and dreamy light shots. Needless to say, we laughed a lot!

Ky was fabulous, it was as if she was family. Very relaxed, yet talented. Madie really loved her sessions. I enjoyed watching her have fun. The photos turned out superb. Not sure how we will decide on just a few! Thanks Ky, Allisa.
